Born in Canada 1972 and made Aliya in 1978,Rabbi Yerachmiel Blumenfeld resides in Telzstone Kiryat Yearim, married and father of 8 had studied in “Yad Aharon” and “Mir” Yeshivas.

Holds a B.A in Social Work, Rabbi Blumnefeld has 16 years of experience working with children at risk. In addition to him being a Yedidim social worker Rabbi Blumenfeld is currently learning in the Kiryat Yearim Kollel and works as a youth and families social worker in the Kiryat Yearim local council. In addition to that Rabbi Blumenfeld  has served as a MDA and Hatzala Paramedic volunteer for the past 15 years and currently serves as Hatzala Kiryat Yearim Team leader.
